"Hands down the most incompetent, frustrating insurance agency I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The staff are beyond unhelpful—it honestly feels like they go out of their way to make things harder. Matt is an absolute nightmare to deal with, and Tyler isn’t far behind.

They constantly bounce you around to numbers that don’t even work, or tell you to contact someone specific just to dump you into some useless 1-800 line. It’s disorganized, lazy, and completely unprofessional.

And don’t expect any real follow-up—Joshua Lynn himself will never get back to you, not even by email. Completely unresponsive when it actually matters.

The nonstop phone calls? Don’t be fooled—it’s not about helping you with your policy. It’s just a desperate tactic to get you to call back so they can push life insurance on you. It’s shady and manipulative.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this office. They don’t care about their clients at all—you’re nothing but a dollar sign to them.

"I have been a customer loyal for I would say 12 plus years and Josh never ever ever calls people back when needed everrr… Brianna was the best thing that happened to this company and what a shame because the underperforming of Trisha and some kid that doesn’t like to give out his name and hangs up on you has said enough about Josh and state farm indeed. I would not recommend them ever to anyone nor less will I ever do any business with them.
I take my insurance very serious and Josh has failed me in securing me as a client because of my Daughters insurance issues so unprofessional and just rude I have been disrespected by Trisha twice where I have had to tell her to tone it down when she is talking to me I am not her child
I have called three times today and they have called ID so they are ignoring my calls to say the least so Google review it is I have always paid my bill it always has been on auto pay from the start so no issues there just the lack of respect this agency has for its customers I am all set shop around so you don’t have to deal with unprofessional people and service"
